TERMS & CONDITIONS :                                                                      

Order by model number and indicate the capacity required.
Capacities may be mixed for the purpose of obtaining the maximum quantity price discount.
Consult factory for customized load cells.
Terms are 2% 10 days, net 30 days from the date of invoice.
A 11/2 % per month charge will be assessed on past due accounts.
Prices are F.O.B. Riverside, California.
Prices subject to change without notice
Technical Data and specification are subject to change without notice.
20% restocking fee on authorized returns. Returns are subject to evaluation and approval by management.
Orders for non standard items are non-cancellable.
Non standard products are made to order and carry our standard warranty but are not returnable for credit.
   REPAIR & RETURNS :                                                                      

Regarding all load cells returned for repair, the customer will have one of the following options :

(1) Repair for Nominal Charge
(2) Return "As Is" to customer, with handling and shipping charge
(3) Scrap at factory - no charge

  LIMITED WARRANTY :                                                                          

FUERTHCELL warrants that its products are defect-free and suitable for the purpose intended. If one of our load cells is found to be defective by our inspection due to workmanship or material within two years from the date of shipment, we will repair or replace the load cell at our expense. All other products will carry a one-year warranty. Warranty on a repaired load cell only covers the repair, not the remainder of cell. Warranty on a repair is one year.

For warranty or repair service please obtain a return authorization number from us. Return the product prepaid with a description of the problem. We will respond promtly with the results of our inspection.

The warranty shall not apply to any Artech product that has been :

  A : Repaired or modified by anyone other than Artech.
  B : Installed imporperly which led to the damage of the load cell.
  C : Mishandled, abused or in the judgment of Artech been exposed to an
      environmental for which the product was not designed.
